Robert Coles, is the founder of BelWood
Systems Corp. He has over twenty years of experience in management
information systems design, development and implementation.
Since the onset of his career, Mr.
Coles was involved in bringing IT solutions to enterprise wide procedural,
communication and training problems. He applied his academic skills as
a statistician and marketing analyst for various service companies in
the New York area. He taught the use of computer databases in quantitative
and inferred qualitative marketing research for the subscribers of the
Journal of Commerce (PIERS). He worked with various ship line agencies
as their MIS manager and developed mission critical applications for the
intermodal and shipping industry. While director of bi-national Chambers
of Commerce, he helped many European companies formulate strategies and
business plans to enter the US market.
